~caulking eges trim windows,doors
~use primer on darker walls

~check weather making sure temps are above 35 degrees to 88 degrees
~wash exterior home to get dirt or grim to ensure the paint adheres properly.
~scrape old paint:. Use scrapers,grinders,or chemicals to remove chipped paint
~apply caulk:inspect all seams and joints, especially around windows and doors and apply exterior caulk to prevent moisture from entering behind new paint
